Well.. you see your role as choosing "the macro" you like and perhaps go about supporting it rather uncritically. It seems that as long as it currently makes you happy, you spare no thoughts for the future, or where it may end up leading you. This triggers my instincts to deliver genuine caution.

You write a lot about influence, and awareness, and alignment. I get that a lot of people see this forum as a place to do that. To the extent that they're willing to straight up attempt to bully someone who, in a few short sentences, simply disagrees with one particular narrative being built.

I do not see this forum the same. I think your ability to influence and broadcast and align on this forum are essentially zero. Which is not a negative opinion at all.. in particular, I feel this makes this forum the best place to air disagreements and to challenge narratives and am always surprised when people react so vehemently as you and another poster did.

Please go back and critically evaluate the post I was replying to. Do you honestly feel that my words in response to it merited any of this? Was the original post truly something worthy of this level of effortful defense? Could it not, honestly, have withstood some temperament?
