In his speech, he mentioned Scavino was there. Said Scavino is the greatest of all time, and went on saying “Scavino controls the internet!”.
Thanks - controls probably meant dominates publicity wise
Could be that those who are comms aware enough from the Q post training have memes ready & know what to fire off & when as they watch Scavino.

I think he meant Dan is the guy that sends all the PR stuff (pics, videos, etc) to social media. That was his job before that other dude that had a breakdown a few years ago (can't recall his name) took it over - then lost it after his incident(s).
Dan took up the cause again after that.
Or it could be plausible deniability.
