Cartel Katie being out for some kind of surgery and designating a successor would make sense...if it wasn't for the fact that the AG and SOS also "conveniently" left AZ at the exact same time.

I've seen videos of Cartel Katie. She is very skittish, especially when being confronted. AZ AG and SOS are neck deep in the fraud as well. My guess is they saw something coming down the pipe and decided to run away. But what were they so afraid of?
