Birds can be symbolic as messengers. Per the article:

Species include a Tennessee Warbler, a Baltimore Oriole and a Philadelphia Vireowas.

TN, MD, PA - anything noteworthy happening in those states or from those reps? All I got.

MD = Democrat-run Baltimore

PA = Philadelphia - drugs, homelessnes, looting, election fraud
