Yes, and it has NO ties to the way I educate my kids. Monies dogeared for education DO come with strings attached. I don't want my homeschool to fall under the purview of the DOE, therefore I will NOT accept funds from the government which pertain to education.

It shouldn't be a grant since it's your money,you give to the gov. To allocate to schooling. you just are allocating is instead of the government allocating it for you.

Find the legislation that created "EQIP" and see if any of the guidelines are there or were the guidelines created later by bureaucrats.
