Money laundering, you say? I went to my bank, Bank of America, with a sum of cash I wanted to deposit. They would not take my cash without either my bank card being inserted in the computer, or my identification card (in this case my driver's license) well I lied to them and said I didn't have my driver's license or my ID on me. They then said they couldn't take my deposit. I asked why? The teller then said it is so that we can be sure no money laundering is going on. I fought this a little and asked what laws cover this and the manager stepped in and said it was a banking regulation required by the government. I asked him if he does everything the government tells him to do and he answered, yes. I said if the government told you to die tomorrow would you? And you know, he answered YES! This took longer at the bank than this regurgitation here, and I apologized to the people waiting in line, but some people believe the government owns them, lock, stock, and barrel.
Yes it is, yes it is. Haven't changed yet and don't know for certain that I will I have been with "this" bank for over 50 some years, it started as Equitable bank in Maryland and has changed names to this at least two times.

Oh yeah, one of those situations. I work for a mega huge globohomo bank, did not think about how many customers we have that came from M&A.
