Yes! When people raise red-herring excuses about Christ, we need to not follow it and stay on topic that Jesus came to save sinners. All must repent, or perish.
Romans 1 makes it clear that God has revealed Himself through His creation such that all are without excuse. When a soul responds properly to general revelation, then He will bring more revelation. We see that illustrated with Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts. We see this also with the parable of Lazarus and the rich man. If they won't listen to Moses and the prophets, then they won't listen, even if someone returns from the dead. Someone did rise from the dead, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
