Thanks, I agree with you about the Law of War Manual.

I should have just said that the White Hats of following a legal plan that will hold up in a court of law. A REAL court of law of course.

If that legal plan is the Law of War manual than that is what it is. If the Law of War manual is just a component than like you said they have another legal avenue that they are following.

Thanks for the reply and also for reminding me that the Law of War manual is not something you can just pick up and understand without a solid understanding the technical underpinnings.

I think that manual is harder to decipher than the mumble jumble we are required to sign off on every time we load new software on our computers.
