That was her handler not an infiltrator. Feinstein was a Chinese asset and her husbands China dealings were payment. Feinstein was a traitor and I believe executed for her crimes shortly after the August 2018 revelations of her Chinese 'driver'. California politics is loaded with Chinese assets.
