Bring back swift justice, hanging, etc. Our taxpayer dollars shouldn’t be keeping people incarcerated just for them to come out and kill/rape/steal again. How many horrific crimes are committed by people already convicted, jailed, and released for previously doing the same thing?! A LOT.
