I've had great luck for the last 3 years with taking Quercetin just with Zinc every time I feel cold symptoms beginning, and the symptoms have always gone away.
IIRC ---- K2 helps your blood clot. This may negate the clot dissolving properties of Natokinase (if that is what you are after). Some Natokinase supplements have the K2 removed for that reason.
K1 helps your blood to clot. K2 helps to direct calcium into your bones rather than your blood vessels, which is why it's sometimes combined with Vitamin D supplements.
Have been on this protocol for awhile now (12mths) and NO SIDE EFFECTS what-so-ever!!!!! Besides I take it with K2/K3, Quecertin and Zinc....
Dont forget Quercetin needs to be taken with Bromelain, otherwise it has poor solubility/bioavailability.
Alternatively a liposomal formulation of Quercetin can also be taken to improve its bioavailability.
