Understanding Is Better Than Reacting
To engage with the information war, we must expose ourselves to information. But to make use of information, we have to know how to filter it properly. We have to know how to use discernment, patience, critical thinking, imagination, the capacity to reflect on ourselves and the capacity to consider alternative viewpoints, in order to effectively create a useful filter.
Take a page from the book of Donald J. Trump. Does he look upset? Does he seem worried? Is he shouting and moaning and reacting to all the ‘bad news’?
How the Programming Works Through Layers
The programming by the Cabal deep state was all designed to work on us in layers:
First, the programming tries to get the people to be distracted with SHINY STARS, MATERIAL TOYS, and ENTERTAINMENT, so that they are NOT engaged, and don’t care about anything except their own comfort. Distraction I.
If this does work, then the programming tries to get people to be apathetic. Yes, politics is crooked, but NOTHING can be changed. “It always was bad, and always will be.” So that people disengage. Deflection I.
If this does not work, the programming convinces people that THIS side or THAT side is the enemy. Divide and conquer. People are now engaged, but with someone else as the enemy. In thinking that THE OTHER SIDE is the enemy, the people lose sight of the fact that the Deep State controls BOTH sides. People are kept busy with a fake enemy. Deflection II.
If this does not work, the programming will employ disinformation propaganda in an effort to stop people from realizing that the programming is taking place. Tantalizing stories, promising swift revenge, or sensationalizing the dark nature of evil, now take the place of shiny stars and toys. Distraction II.
If this does not work, the programming will then activate the emotions in order to cause people to react. In the state of reacting, the fight-or-flight part of the brain takes over, and the reflective, thinking and analytical part of the mind is shut down. This is their last hope: Deflection and Distraction III.
Distraction I > Deflection I > Deflection II > Distraction II > Deflection and Distraction III
But if Deflection and Distraction III does not work, if you are NOT distracted by the glamour and ‘comforts’, and if you are not apathetic or dooming but have hope, and if you realize that the real enemy is not this side or that side (me or you) but is the puppet master behind the scenes, and if you are able to discern when information targets your biases and disinformation and misinformation are being aimed towards you, and if you are able to use your mind to think, understand and see through the fog, through the superficial image of things, instead of reacting, then nothing they can do can dis-empower you. You become unplugged.
And this is when you become the spearhead of real freedom. Thought, mind and heart are freed from group think, freed from meaningless distractions, freed from easy manipulation, freed from button-pushing biases, freed from ignorance, and freed from the Cabal Deep State programming that been your natural mental environment for years, for decades.
And in freedom, you can finally begin to see. See through the lies, see through the illusions, see through the distractions, and see the truth: You are a child of God with unlimited potential, and all they ever wanted to do was to lock you down, keep you blind, to control you while they stole your true inheritance. And God is working to restore your inheritance to you. The Plan.
What do they fear? A people freed from all their programming and lies and manipulation.
Qq4556
A public (person) that thinks for themselves [independent free-thought] is what they FEAR the most [loss of control].
Q
Take the time. Put aside reactive feelings.
Understanding is better than reacting.
Might also be good to integrate the "change of news cycle" concept into this.

Why do certain major events get no air play (Las Vegas shooting, Ohio chemical spill), but then something like Taylor Swift going to a football game or George Floyd get massive pushes?
What techniques can we use to differentiate real news from planted narratives? How can we avoid being infected by people who have already been infected by the narratives?
All good ideas, but the feedback from this post indicates people have resonated with the simplicity of this model.
With regards to real news vs narratives, I am a big fan of the approach that burning Bright at Badlands advocates:
firstly, realize a distinction between actual events (actual facts) and narrative events (reported facts).
secondly, realize that in many cases, knowing the actual events for certainly is impossible. Therefore, factor that in and rank confidence in knowledge of actual events. I.e. 80% confidence that X happened, 50% confidence that X happened 10% confidence that X happened. Then, run through a rubric of different possible explanations or causes etc for X event
thirdly, recognize the narrative events, and how they function on different levels or sectors of the community. E.g. the narrative event of Epstein's death in prison.
We have NO way of knowing if Epstein ACTUALLY died in prison, and if he did, HOW he died. All we can observe is what is reported, and what the narrative event is accordingly. The Narrative that Epstein died in prison led to other narrative events, like "epstein didn't kill himself" which was a massive (huge) narrative event, reaching even the normie mainstream.
In terms of these narratives, what IMPACT or NET EFFECT do they have? And who do they benefit?
The narrative event that Epstein didn't kill himself reached way beyond the anon sphere to the maga and even normie sphere, advancing the narrative that there are high level players who wanted to keep Epstein quiet, and had him killed. This advances many of the central themes of the Great Awakening, and so we see that this narrative hurts the deep state and benefits the great awakening.
Seeing this, we can ask, WHO created this narrative? Did the black hats ACTUALLY kill Epstein in prison to silence him, but in such a stupid and obviously dubious way? That would be very stupid. So is it possible that this narrative was actually generated by the White Hats? That would be a very advantageous move.
So what might be alternative explanations of ACTUAL events in light of the narrative events?
One might be that Epstein's death was staged as a means to get him into witness protection and out of harms way, while simultaneously damaging the Deep State narratives telling people there is no such thing as high level pedo and sex blackmail, etc. and introducing the whole concept of the human trafficking aspect of the Cabal to normies.
Another might be that he was murdered, but the facts are too difficult so this story of the guards, and the method, etc, are the reported ones. But again, who does the narrative event benefit? NOT the deep state.
So either they were forced into a position where they had no choice but to damage their own cause, which means white hats are still in control, or they are locked out, and the white hats orchestrated an event that would kill two birds with one stone, getting Epstein out to safety where he can be a witness and flip, etc, while making the Deep State cop all the damage for it.
When we identify the narratives and the limitations of how much we can know actual events because we are reliant on reports from <sources>, then we can view the landscape much more clearly and reflect on: how are these narratives impacting me? How do I respond to these? Which narratives benefit my team, and which ones hurt my team?
It's difficult to differentiate between 'real news and planted narratives' because we can almost never know what is 'real news'. But by observing the net effect of narratives on the macro - on the various sectors of the wider society: such as anons, general maga, normie maga, normies, leftist activists, Deep state, etc. - we can make reasoned and rational conclusions or hypotheses about WHO is promoting what narrative.
Because in 5G war, BOTH sides are planting narratives. Some narratives, we want to promote. Come narratives, while planted, promote and expose the truth, while others seek to sow lies.
By juxtaposing the limitations of our ability to know actual events with observations of narrative impacts, we can find leverage for speculating and thinking about what the actual events MIGHT be.
On an individual level, observing what kind of impact a particular narrative has on oneself is another very useful tool. Does X narrative empower me, or depress me? Does it engender sustainable feelings and peace, etc, or trigger turbulence and difficult feelings.
This is not always so easy, because the truth can also be hard to digest, and the truth might cause difficult feelings. However, the net result is important. Even if its true, if it disempowers me and brings me down and makes me check out and stop being an effective soldier, then do i really need to know that truth? Why?
There are aspects of what is going on that I simply do NOT investigate or dig into, because I know they would upset me in a way that drags me down. There's no need for me to go that path. This is not 'pie in the sky' thinking, but wisdom in managing my own internal state of mind. Purpose? To be more effective. So if it empowers me, I'll engage with truth even if its difficult in the short run.
Etc.
Change of news cycle works on several layers of impact, but essentially it is Distraction I and Distraction II, but it also narrative shaping. Both sides will do this. But one side will use narrative control to move people AWAY from the truth, whereas the other side will use narrative control to move people towards the truth. The objectives are to either dis-empower and demobilize the people, so they can remain as slaves and subservient, or to empower and mobilize them, so they can rise to proper and correct self-governance.
Proper self-governance will always have a positive impact on the world.
