No i meant what does the ratio mean, not the numbers, sorry, it was late and i was tired. Someone aswered me saying it is 1776 dollars to our 1 dollar.

I believe what it means is that our current money is not worth much compared to the US Treasury dollars. 1776 of them for each Treasury dollar. Who knows when the Treasury dollars will come into play?
