Is this a case of politics as usual? Or, a case of what makes a good movie? I’m going with this is part of the movie and these guys are actually GREAT ACTORS.

No idea what the script is, but the key Republicans in this drama know Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming. And, they know, even ejecting a guy like Gaetz won’t change the inevitable outcome.
