Would simply switching a phone to 4g resolve the issue?

After all of the lies and misinformation regarding Covid/Seasonal Flu and the Shots, why would any unvaccinated person take the risk of NOT avoiding a potential “crisis”?
We have all heard EAS test messages in the past, so why care if we missed hearing this one “Live”? Further, logic dictates that any critical message would be continually broadcast, in perpetuity.
My intention with this Post was to proffer a seemingly easy solution to the dilemma, and to solicit feedback from GAW members with the tech skills that I lack.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure…and the cures [They] have forced upon us have historically been unhealthy. What has changed?
The bottom line is that I will take whatever steps that I deem appropriate to protect my famIly…imaginary or not. Your mileage may vary.
I think the comment reflects the nature of the speculation in the post.
If someone makes a comprehensive connection between EAS and 5G - like a whole bunch of new 5G antennae being operational on Oct 4th, or that EAS will only be available on 5G, or any combination of facts, when put together gives us a plausible confluence of events.
With the lack of any of that, all I can point out is that you are making a blind connection between EAS, 5G and zombie activation.
That is prerogative. In this imaginary game, why draw the line at 5G? Why not put all the phones, radio, TV, any kind of electronic devices inside your car and park the car far away from your home just for one day?
I am actually really curious as to why this step might not be necessary if you are truly worried about something like Kingsman happening?
