My notes:

If I'm hearing the line of questioning correctly, the first thing they're going after him for would be inflating the value of an easement he got for a historic building. This is probably a thing where if you agree to maintain and not modify the character of a historically significant building, you can get a tax credit.

It seems like the government would have to accept the assessed value before granting the easement though...

The second thing sounds like they're accusing him of giving Ivanka an apartment at a below market rate and she didn't report the difference as a gift, and Trump Towers didn't report it as a gift given.
