Quite right. I hope you noticed that I said it is no longer an astronomical long shot. With McCarthy gone, it opened a pathway, despite being a long shot, but nevertheless still a possibility. With congressman Troy Nehls nominating Trump as Speaker, it becomes more of a possibility. I'll take any inch I can get. We know that there is no one that the Repubs have as a candidate within congress. Some congress people have already admitted this even before the vote on McCarthy was taken. If it ends up with the deadlock that occurred for McCarthy...., there is no one that has a clear advantage. It may be another deadlock. This time the repubs may have to look to former times to 'someone' they all liked and respected. Who is this person? I think it is Devin Nunes.
