I can't see the whitehats ever letting the reserve get that low if it mattered.
I think the US may be sitting on some technology that is ready for action right now. Something the world has never see before in the way of speed, and it doesn't run on jet fuel. The new branch of the military, Space Force, may be a lot more than we know. It seemed to me that name just did not fit with just computer technology to watch the enemy.
Realistically. We’re sitting on major Oil Reserves
And by virtue of being right next door. We more or less have access to Canadian reserves. As Trudeau and the Canadian Government. Can’t really afford to say no.
Militarily they’re impotent. And we are a major trade partner. So we have them by the balls economically.
Meaning if D.C was willing to put the screws on. Both the Canadians and Oil companies. We’d fill the strategic reserves and then some in a matter of weeks.
