CDC is no longer distributing Covid-19 vaccination cards, once a staple of the pandemic | CNN

Do you know where your Covid-19 vaccine card is? If not, you may want to track it down, because getting a new one could be tricky.

They probably don't want people tracking lot numbers and correlating serious injury and death anymore.

Good point, they will know the lot numbers but the people getting the shot will not have that info any more.

Lot numbers are always tracked with everything injection on the provider side.
