I humbly, slightly disagree. Replace them with Patriot tax payers. Some parents rent apartments, thus they have no financial skin in the game. I know apartment parents do have a vested interest in their child's education, believe me, I do. Yet the only way to smack down the school board is to take the money away from them. Begin a petition to roll back school taxes and let's see what happens.
