Oxfam is a truly massive international charity. Many people consider it to be just a front for intelligence organisations. Easy to insert operatives wherever in the world by calling them "aid workers."

Yes. So called 'aid workers' were the ones involved in the sexploitation scandal I mentioned. Laura Silsby would have been right at home with them.
