The law would effectively nullify a 2012 Supreme Court case that significantly limited the ability of states to be involved in immigration enforcement, according to Fox News.
It's interesting that SCOTUS really has no place in changing the Constitution. We have the "rosetta stone" for understanding the nuances of that document. It's called the Ratification Debates. It's high time that we begin delving into the Supreme Law of our land and putting our fed and local governments back into their proper enumerated rights, responsibilities, powers, and properties.
As we know, Constitutionally, the feds have the responsibility of protecting us and or our borders. They are purposefully derelict in this duty. I've always seen it as the sacred responsibility of the border states (and inland ones) to protect their people since the fed demons are not. So the fed lizards want to sue? Let them sue but keep the effing invaders the hell out of our country. The states have far more power than they ignorantly realize. It's like that example of the very few ordering around a great many......We must get back to a full and true knowledge of the power of the Constitution. NONE OF THE LIZARDS ARE OBEYING IT. THAT is the issue.
If the cops in our towns were not doing their jobs, would we let anyone walk into our homes and do as they wish? Perhaps in the beginning but then people would HAVE to realize that we, in the end, must stand up and do what needs to be done. Once a few miscreants understand that there WILL be pushback, others will move on to easier pickings.
Seems that should already be a law. It's in the freaking title, "illegal". FFS
That's what I just thought. But, maybe the states haven't had the authority to kick them out just the Federal agencies like Homeland security??
Correct. This is why Obamaยดs AG Eric Holder sued Arizona in 2010.
Correct, paragraph 3:
