In a sane world, the principal, school board and the local sheriff would sort this out. In a sane world, appropriate punishments would be imposed on whomever instigated the fight. In a sane world, the parents of the two would be summoned and told meet and, under the principals direction, take measures to keep this from happening again......... but we live in an insane world and this will never happen, so, of course, it will continue to happen and with increasing intensity.
