Before day 5 of court even started today, before any ruling is made at the end over the presented true facts, and Deep State bullshit, the Judge orders ALL of Trump’s NY businesses, and even his Family TRUST dissolved!! This Has Never Happened EVER in the history of American Law.

Of course it’s wrong, illegal, and should be easily appealed in a higher court. But the Cabal has openly used a Civil Court to bring Communism Live, and begin Bolshevik-ing property and assets without a final court ruling or decision. This is an extremely tyrannical precedent that if Xiden’s Clown World continues, the courts in blue cities and States may use against you.

The judge issued a summary judge that fraud occurred. last week.

I'm not sure what aspect you are claiming is illegal or has never happened, but summary judgements are used all the time. They are definitely legal. Trump asked for a summary judgment in this very case. There was a hearing before the trial where Trump's lawyers argued for a summary judgment that the judge should dismiss the case for lack of evidence.

He also revoked Trump's business certificates which means Trump's LLC has to dissolve.

Today a judge said the dissolution is paused
