Two things... the orange sparks of what looks like liquified steel up and down the building moments before the first collapse, and when he Ooms in you can see that there are no holes... the outer metal structure is still intact.
It's almost like they were having a hard time getting people to clear the area. Especially ones with cameras so they gave the order to drop the building. When the aftermath of dust was gone and people started mulling with their cameras again they gave the order to blow the second building.
Thank God he was using DAT. a little damaged but playable. I hope this doesn't get removed from youtube. I see a lot of other people with very nice cameras in this video. One has to wonder how many of those people still have that footage as well.
