We will never know how Robert Kennedy would have turned out, but we sure know how Ted did, and he maybe learned his lesson from his brothers assassinations. They, the Cabal, probably shook him severely what with John and Robert being killed. Ted turned out to be one of the Democrats that pushed for their ideology instead of America.
I could be way off base, but it sounds as though JFK was thoughtful and wanted the best for America.
