The way I know this is because Trump neutered Iran. There is even a stickied post of his tweet from that time.

For this timeline to have worked, Iran must have been fully nuclear by now. Thank God for Trump.

Added: And dont forget Abraham accords. Took the wind from the sails for this conflict to reach wider Arab world.
