I am so glad to see you on the board again...how are you doing? I continue to pray for your family... I think you can appreciate this...

Hey Tweety, I’m back! Took a break from actively posting, chatting, etc. and just browsed. Also took a step back from researching alternative cancer approaches, healthy living, etc. for a bit as well and just went back to living my life. The 6+ months of heavy research, questioning our healthcare system, and caring for my Mom took its toll on my mental health. When she passed I kind of had to take a step back, move into the acceptance phase of grief, and reconnect with myself if that makes any sense. I recognize I don’t have all the answers and God doesn’t intend for me to and that’s OK.
How have you been? I will give that video a watch!
Well...I am doing a lot of what you have done...stepped back...browse...more time in prayer...connecting with myself...I am just overwhelmed and tired...of it all....otherwise I am fine...haha.
I always say life goes on with or without you (me)...and that is a fact. I am so glad you have taken a break and have done some healing. God is good...even in our sorrow and loss that we don't understand. I really am so glad to hear from you again...please don't be a stranger...at least poke your head in and say "hi" every now and again.
Take care of yourself...as you know your family is the most important thing you have in this world. I hope your dad is finding his way slowly but surely...loss is so hard...your mom was so blessed to be loved by so many...that legacy will never fade. God bless you and yours...I am so glad you are all finding the acceptance, peace and strength to move on...
