I read a lower level of commitment in the verbiage here:

Our countries will support Israel in its efforts to defend itself and its people against such atrocities. We further emphasize that this is not a moment for any party hostile to Israel to exploit these attacks to seek advantage.

I don't think you're seeing things (#1010 directly references the real motivations for cabal-directed war and we seem to be at the doorstep of it) but it strikes me as a weak connection. Something to keep an eye on w/respect to DE/UK though.

I think sometimes the links are not necessarily predictive, but rather the white hats leaving crumbs that lead us to analyze and monitor certain topics.
