Not to mention that at the start of this whole shit storm Muslim nations refused to take in the displaced peoples from Palestine after the territory was carved up and the boundary lines redrawn by the West as they did with much of the Middle East after the fall of the Ottoman Turks. None of the Muslim nations want them. It serves their purposes better to keep them in refugee camps. Egypt shares a border with Gaza that is guarded. Jordan doesn't want them, Saudi Arabia doesn't want them, Iran doesn't want them, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, take your pick. Why? Palestinians are not a nationality or an ethnicity. The only reason they are called Palestinians is because they lived in the territory of Palestine under the Ottoman's. They are ethnically diverse and do not have a definitive and distinct culture other than the mishmash of Islamic traditions and customs they brought with them when they first migrated there. They are probably most akin to the Lebanese - but Lebanon also doesn't want them. To the rest of the Muslim world they are mutts and are from all over the place. They do not have a history other than the manufactured one that has been placed upon them by those that use them for their own agendas. Because the rest of the Muslim world did not take responsibility for these people that they told to leave their homes when the Muslim nations tried to take Israel out, they left Israel with the problem. This is a powder keg that has been fomenting for decades. No surprise.
