When I say "we," I mean all of us here at GAW. Most of us here are able to spot fraud fairly easily I would think. If I remember from Sunday school classes as a kid, the anti-christ is supposed to be seen as some kind of a hero to the normal people. Some of the people will even think he's Christ himself, if I remember how the story goes. The anti-christ is supposed to be some kind of a leader that people can trust. What I don't remember though is the exact timeline as to when the anti-christ will first appear. I can't remember if it's before or after the big war in the middle East. Some of you biblical scholars can chime in. I also can't remember if the anti-christ will be Satan himself or one of his minions. When the market crashes, the anti-christ is supposed to relieve everybody of their personal debt if I remember correctly. That was one of the reasons why the anti-christ got to be so popular was because the people no longer had to pay off their debt. People were grateful for the anti-christ. Let me know in the comments how this thing is supposed to play out.

I don't know where the hell you guys got this concept of the rapture from but from what I can gather that is a uniquely American Christian thing.
It’s right there in Scripture. The doctrine of a Pre Trib Rapture has been taught at least as far back as Iraneus, a 2nd century church father who was mentored by Polycarp, who in turn was a disciple of John, who wrote Revelation. Pre Trib Rapture is based both in scripture and the earliest church fathers. Not a uniquely American phenomenon in the slightest. And even if it were, that doesn’t mean it’s not true.
