Is it just me, or is gas CHEAPER, but more volatile?

This is the first time I have seen gas prices below $3 under Biden. However, there are some gas stations that have radically higher gas prices. $2.99, $3.11, and one was $3.59, and they are not even more than 3 mi apart from each other!

It’s just you, and where you live. Gas in my area is still around $5/gal.
