Looks like Delica and Spaghetti squash? We started growing squash last year. Some of the winter varieties such as Hubbard, Kabocha, Butternut, and Buttercup store easily 3 to 6 months in cool temperatures @50F.
Same goes for some of the sweet potatoes. Okinawa, Molokai, Murasaki and other Japanese white and purple varieties can easily store much longer than the standard sweet potato bought at the store.
I know, I was real active on there for years. It's not what it was before Dave sold it and a lot of the reviews and plant info is old, dating from before the sale. I have ordered from this place and they're terrific. Pinetree Garden Seeds sends nice seeds too and they carry quite a few Asian varieties. Actually, lots of seeds from all over the world. Pinetree's prices are very reasonable too.

For winter squash, Sweet Mama are yummy. I also like Tetsabuko, but harder to find seed.
