Yes, it is a contrived photo. The dual photo is the message of false flag. There are parts of the world where pictures, not words, are used to send a message that would ordinarily be censored.

What we don't know is whether or not the message is an assumption of truth or wholly the truth. Since none of us are privy to the details/plans of TPTB we can only use our best judgement.
