Agreed. This is just a down shift in order to change lanes. They'll refocus on oil and solar. Keep the money flowing.

The UN/ WEF partnership is new, having just been announced, and in play. Progress-ive. Gates is lying about his concerns. Full steam ahead for the globalists.
