My thought is, why TF would they announce it?

Because psychopaths love the fear and chaos that such an announcement causes. It makes them feel very powerful and is almost as good as the violence itself.

I agree 100% with your statement. It makes for a shift in collective consciousness and energy and they know how to use that shift to their advantage. Spiritual warfare is real
