Damn people - there was a post on this guy the other day. It didn't have these reactions though. This is embarrassing coming from a group of supposed patriots.
Mast served in the US military as EOD - alongside the Rangers - and lost his legs in Afghanistan when he stepped on an IED. While recuperating at Walter Reed he worked with the National Nuclear Security Agency, the DHS, and ATF helping train them on how to deal with homemade/improvised explosives. He even got one of those "Helping a Hero" houses that are ADA compliant. Because he couldn't continue to serve in our military he volunteered in the IDF helping them with medical kits and supplies as well. Then he came back and served in CONgress.
That isn't what a traitor does. That seems to be someone who just wants to serve. I don't know him, but he specifically wore his uniform that he wore in the IDF to piss off and counter Tlaib for her terrorist flag.
I'll cut him slack. How many of you served even one country - let alone two? Even after your own country made you get out when you lost your legs protecting someone? Oh yeah - his parents came to the US from Mexico.
Now - the one area I can't agree with him is his CONgressional service and politics. He has some solid principles and some shitty principles. He also has said some inappropriate things, and has some sketchy donors. Not SPY donors - stupid ones like Amway. He shouldn't be in the republican caucus with the voting record he has. He did however vote against both Trump impeachments and vote against certifying the 2020 election.
Check out his wikipedia page. This dude seems to solidly be a military hero. Anyone here could've looked him up by simply typing his name in a search engine but instead everyone piled on top of him. Bash his bipartisan votes and crappy CONgressional record, but not his military and civilian govt service that appears to be his attempts to keep people from having their own body parts blown off. It's pretty hardcore for someone that was blown up himself to have to train someone else on what happened and how to avoid that.

Joining a foreign military is NOT the way to do it. And anybody could have made the mistake of stepping on a bomb. It is horrific that such things happen, but not really heroic.
You don't go join a foreign military because you had an accident like that.

If he is an anchor baby, with dual allegiance to Mexico, then it is not so surprising that he would join a foreign military, too.
We should be asking: Does THIS member of Congress REALLY have an interest in honoring his oath to AMERICA?

Let's be honest here: He fucked up and stepped on a bomb. It happens to good people, but does not MAKE someone a good person -- much less, a hero.
A hero would NOT go join a foreign military because he wants something to do.
That is a man with NO ALLEGIANCE. Probably because he was not a natural born citizen in the first place.
Why would I bother looking him up? I see a member of the US CONGRESS ... wearing a FOREIGN MILITARY UNIFORM.
That is ALL that I need to know.
