Paul Hewitt’s Conceptual Physics is an easy read, mainly talks about concepts. The math is algebra and focuses on relationships between variables. But the concepts are the main point. There are several editions, but all are excellent.

Math and Cheese is an old resource. There's actually one about mirrors in 7C lesson 4, lol. It had more on there in the past
