Biden awards $7 billion for 'clean hydrogen' hubs across the country

This won't end well. Hydrogen is notoriously difficult to keep contained. The atoms are small enough to penetrate most other materials, any leakage in addition to a heat source will end very badly for anyone on the area. The best concept is to create hydrogen from H2O just prior to injection and ignition, but this is typically an energy intensive process. I don't get the impression that the intent is on-the-fly electrolysis, but storage of the highly volatile element. The explosion from any accident will make survival virtually impossible.
