I can only imagine the despair and abandonment they must feel. It is my understanding that this is like this because D.C. is not part of any of the 50 states.... therefore their legal system there is even more of a tyrannical circus. But I can't understand, either, why Trump or any of the many associated with him can't get lawyers and money on this. Why? Because it "looks bad" politically? That is disgusting. Missing years of your kids life and your family suffering is too much. This whole fiasco has been hard to follow and understand. It's such a mess. Our country is a mess.

And he and his family are far from the only ones that have been set up and shafted by CPS, ATF, the criminal court system, etc. And frankly, I don't even know if I can believe this story. At least we know that the corruption is coming to an end. Pray for the innocent.
