Palestinians despise the USA because they see it as a great big ally of Israel. Which it is. You might as well send such refugees into Tel Aviv and expect them to be happy. We'll all get the exact same result if they are sent here.

I strongly suggest any Gaza refugees be sent immediately to Qatar, since that's where the Hamas leadership stays (and lives in luxury:)
