But if you happen to buy a vase, or pot from the collection, make sure to look inside when you get it home. I bought an old pot from my Aunts estate when she died. Took pot home and found it filled with hundreds of old silver dollars.
Of course I did not keep the silver dollars. I did the honest thing, so I would not have to carry the stinging weight of an impropriety with me the rest of my life, because as you know, a clear conscience is more valuable that a pot of silver dollars.
Since everything my aunt owned went to my mother, her only living relative, I returned to silver dollars to my mother where upon her death she passed them on equally to her five children.
Not directed at you - just an aside:
I just looked at the catalog of this auction and sorted by highest estimate and it was $25K. Take that $25K and multiply by the number of items (600) and you get $15 Million. Purposefully, That is a very high estimate based on my methods.
I don’t believe the ‘Roths’ literally blink an eye at 15 mill, unfortunately.
Tounge-in-cheek: IDK though they could be raising jimmy comet some start up capital for a new location.
My initial gut reaction to the Roth's dumping 5918 possessions at once is to ask question: How do you get rid of something important without anyone noticing. Answer is you hide it among thousands of other things that are of no consequence.
I guess this seems silly because why scheme to hide something among many when the secret item could just be transferred in private? And reason this is not a silly line is answered by the question "Who are these people?"
Their people who think they are far superior in intellect, and ability to others, and they delight in the games they play right before our eyes. This is why I believe it's not important who is selling the items. The important thing is to watch who buys the items, and then evaluate what is key about that item, although we will probably not know who is on the purchase end.
Q did have one drop #184 that said:
Their need for symbolism will be their downfall.
Follow the Owl & Y head around the world.
I do not know what a Y head is, and I saw only one Owl head among all the other items, and it looked like a very innocuous item.
I think the Y is the typical baphomet ‘goat’ head as a symbol. It shows up in a lot of places.
5918 items? I must have missed that, where did you see that as the number of possessions? I just looked at the auction and saw around 600. 5918 would definitely raise my interest. 600 in that auction that, optimistically, could bring 15 million would be a no-never-mind in roth’s world.
I think you are right, and I was wrong because in trying to browser all Roth's pieces I think I mistakenly clicked a link that sent me to view all Christy items.

👍 for doing the right thing.
