Grain of salt….

Supposedly it was signed July 4, 2020 when Trump was at Mt. Rushmore. I listened to a recording of Patrick Gunnels reading it, about a year ago, so I’d imagine that’s still available somewhere online. Capitol to be in Philadelphia.
