Doing a little reading into what you said and it does seem quite similar to right-libertarianism except anarcho-capatalism specifically opposes the state and seeks elimination of the state in favor of privately funded security services. For evidence that this system is workable, anarchocapitalists point to the 19th-​century American West, medieval Iceland, and Anglo-​Saxon England.

I must concede that this is radical change, raises a number of flags and is not a solution to problems at present.

I would also like to draw attention to the fact that the founding father's system of government failed, which is why we are in this situation to begin with. It took a long time, with much effort, wealth and toil by the deep state but pretty much 200 years on and that very same government has been rendered a vile effigy.
