Actually, probably not verboten. Probably have a few institutions that always get the money. Some military, some "charitable."

But now that Trump merged the Fed into the treasury this is their ONLY source of the funds they need to keep the cabal running. I read somewhere that Soros stopped funding NGO's & crap
