In the US anyway, I never bought the "change the vote" argument. 80%, perhaps 90%, of illegals are latino. Who are naturally conservative. Once they are in the US for a few years and see what is going on, they tend to vote that way. And of course, cheating aside, they cannot vote.
They can create chaos and strife for civilized western countries. This helps drive globalist agendas, including ushering in WWIII. This sets them up for being used as cannon fodder via any political party and be accepted by normies. The left wants them to get citizenship and the right does not. In addition, it would keep a world war from getting "too real" for the voting base, allowing them to drag the war on longer. If the people paid to heavy a price, they would demand an end to the war. Find a concession, make a compromise...

The only one I can think of is Sweden. Buuuuut, their membership looks imminent, so a distinction with out a difference really.
Non-NATO countries still have very normal borders and immigration polices. Japan, China, Russia, India, Mexico, South Korea, Thailand, etc...
Hell, I thought Australia would be an exception (non-NATO, 1st world, mostly white, marxist infiltration) and would have significant illegal immigration. Looks like they are pretty strict about it, to the point it causes controversy. (perhaps an Aussie can chime in)
