Just a thought as I sip my coffee. Would be a subtle but powerful trolling technique. Saying it without spelling it.

Also, Stalin supposedly said something about it's not the vote that counts, but who counts the vote (but bothe snopes and factchecker say that that's not true, so there you go).

The very first thing that came tom my mind was Stalin, and his quote about votes and the importance of people counting them. I've had his quote stuck in my head for nearly 3 years now.

I believe this is Trump's way of saying, "I know your commie playbook,"
