Most of the "Republicans" who voted against Jordan got 2022 re election campaign $$$ from the Trump despising democrat sugar daddy donor who's now in prison while being tried for fraud, the infamous billionaire "founder" of FTX Samuel Fried.

I did see something about that.

Jordan still supports Trump and has refused to denounce the 'conspiracy theory' that the 2020 election was stolen. He's pushed back against the sham indictments also. Those who opposed him for Speaker are most likely neverTrumpers and have financial reasons for doing so.
