Frankly. Given this whole thing was supposedly about showing people the problems in the various institutions. And getting public support to completely rebuild them.
Personally to me at least. Itโs starting to make a better argument for abolishing them outright and starting over from square one. Itโs hard to make the argument that Congress hasnโt completely failed the people time and time again for decades if not longer. And if they failed their sole purpose for existence repeatedly. Then why should such a body continue to persist? The nostalgia for a time of Statesmen and Aristocratic Gentlemen long past? Of highbrow idealism? Tradition? Even when the Corruption of Congress wasnโt so readily apparent. They werenโt exactly known for being competent or well liked by the general public.
The Judicial Branch is more or less powerless without the backing of the Executive Branch. Or the backing of the Legislative Branch and by extension the implied backing of the State Governments.
And the Executive Branch is such a bureaucratic mess. That even the ostensible head of the Branch. The President of the United States can be hamstrung by the various agencies, departments, and groups underneath him. Should those individuals feel the desire or need to do so.
Start from square one with the Bill of Rights and build out from there.
