Where these money come from? From your taxes?

Would an increase of free-of-tax allowance have the same effect?

Why they chose to give everyone $1,000 instead of reducing the tax by $1,000?

$1,000 CBDC gives them the control … of you and your behaviour. They can penalise you.
$1,000 of tax reduction gives the control … to you. It makes you independent.
